Digital Products
After purchasing a digital product (such as an e-book, guide, or template), you receive immediate access to your download.
Because this is a digital item, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned after payment.
Once the product has been delivered (made available for download), the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Article 16 of the European Consumer Rights Directive.
This policy exists to prevent misuse and to protect the quality of our digital content.
Exceptions

If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, we will issue a full refund.

If there is a technical issue with your file (for example, a corrupt or missing download), we will fix it within 48 hours or send a replacement.
